Lissette began her career as an Esthetician and Makeup Artist. She honed her skills through years of working at Elite designer trunk shows, photo shoots and catering to the local Socialites of Las Vegas. In addition to her freelance work, Lissette has collaborated with numerous legendary hair stylists such as Laurent D, Michael Boychuck and John Barrett.

By creating the first High Fashion and Makeup Beauty schools in Las Vegas, Lissette has now made a commitment to educate and share her know-how and passion with makeup artists of the future.

 

 

Jheramie

Jheramie’s approach to makeup is born out of a deep passion for art. Her extraordinary eye for detail draws inspiration from all aspects of everyday life.

Her love for makeup, beauty and fashion started at a very young age. Obsessed with all things creative, she spent the majority of her time as a youth taking art and beauty courses. She finished her early education with an Esthetician License.

It was the experience, while applying makeup to fitness models in Miami that lit the flame in Jheramie’s heart for makeup. She knew from that point on exactly what her heart was called to do.

In 2010 Jheramie met Celebrity Makeup Artist, Founder and Director of L Makeup Institute & Agency, Lissette Waugh. Lissette, known as L, encouraged Jheramie to pursue her creative passion for makeup, as a student of the L Makeup Institute. Jheramie’s journey at L soon rewarded her ambition when she became a Certified L Makeup Artist.

Impressed by Jheramie’s natural talent, L invited Jheramie to an apprenticeship at The L Makeup and Institute. Jheramie’s apprenticeship, focused on perfecting her airbrushing, beauty and character makeup skills. Today, Jheramie instructs other up and coming makeup artist at L Institute & Agency as a Certified L Educator.

 

 

Valerie

Valerie’s career in the world of beauty and creative makeup is truly a perfect match. Valerie’s aesthetics spring from her love of classic, graceful beauty with a touch of modern. Her study at the L Makeup Institute and Agency started in 2009, where she was taught exclusively by Celebrity Makeup Artist, Lissette Waugh.

As an educator at L, Valerie now teaches advanced techniques in customized airbrush tanning. She promotes the idea that feeling glamorous and looking beautiful should start with being healthy and taking care of your skin.

Adolfo

A native of Puerto Rico, Dancer and Choreographer Adolfo Barreto played a vital part in numerous projects such as Latin Grammy Awards, Billboard Awards, and various musicals, commercials and TV Shows. In 2005, Adolfo moved to Las Vegas to dance in Havana Night’s Raw Talent, The King of Rock and Roll and most recently, Show in the Sky.

Miriam Writer

Miriam Writer began learning special effects makeup by studying the works of legendary makeup artists like Dick Smith and Rick Baker. She became fascinated with the transformation process of creating detailed life like creatures. Miriam decided to pursue a career in special effects makeup. Miriam set out to gain training and certification in beauty, digital, and airbrush makeup.  While studying, Miriam managed working simultaneously in the film & television industry. Her prosthetic portfolio has been recognized by The International Makeup Artist Trade Show.
